Email Campaigns is a feature within Tenancy Manager that lets landlords and agents send tenancy-related emails in bulk and keep a clear record of what was sent.

Email Campaigns help you send the same document or notice to multiple tenants without preparing each email individually. Each recipient receives an individual email, and the system produces a separate delivery report PDF for each email sent, providing a record of service.

It is useful when you need to send the same message to tenants across multiple properties, whether you manage a small number of lets or a larger portfolio. Instead of repeating the same task dozens of times, you can prepare one campaign, send it to the right recipients, and download the evidence afterwards.

What you can use it for

Serving statutory documents to tenants by email where service is appropriate
Sending a change of address notice, including an updated section 48 notice where relevant
Notifying tenants that a new managing agent has been appointed
Telling tenants about changes to bank details for rent payments
Announcing the launch of a new rent payment portal
Sending seasonal property reminders, such as frozen pipe precautions and condensation prevention
Advising tenants about holiday office closures and alternative contact arrangements

Add recipients manually or upload them by CSV, with up to 200 recipients in a single campaign
Write your email subject and message, then attach a PDF document if needed
Send the campaign, and each recipient receives their own individual email
Download a delivery report PDF for every recipient as proof of service

Built for compliance, not marketing

Email Campaigns is for tenancy administration and statutory communication to your own current or former tenants. It is not a marketing platform and should not be used for promotional mailing lists, newsletters, or messages to unrelated contacts. The focus is on clear, documented communication connected to the management of a tenancy.

Tip: copy tenant emails in one click

If you are sending to tenants across several properties, there is a quick shortcut in the Rents view. Use Bulk Actions and then Copy Tenant Service Emails to collect service email addresses without retyping them manually. It is a quick way to speed up communication across multiple properties.
