| Updated the Pet Consent terms to allow it to be used after a tenancy has been entered into by email (or other electronic communication) to accept the terms of consent. Further clarification on damage, repairs, and odour at the end of the tenancy. Added a new guarantor section where the tenant confirms that the guarantor has seen the document and agrees to be bound by it (although it's always best that the landlord sends a copy of the pet consent directly to a guarantor). | |
